How discreet is shipping?
Plain box with no logos or branding, return address lists 'Hellonancsy LLC.' The customs label uses the same. Complete privacy from open to delivery.
How fast does it ship?
Standard US shipping takes 2–4 business days, free on all orders. Expedited 1–2 day shipping available at checkout. International orders arrive in 5–10 business days with duties prepaid.
Do you ship worldwide?
We deliver to Canada, UK, Australia, and the EU. Duties are included upfront so no hidden charges arrive with your package.
Returns & warranty
What's your return policy?
30 days, full refund, free return label included. We accept returns on used items—condition doesn't affect your refund. All returned products are responsibly recycled.
How long is the warranty?
Every Hellonancsy device includes a two-year warranty covering manufacturing flaws, motor failure, battery issues, and material separation. Free replacement or repair with no shipping fees.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact [email protected] with a photo and your order number. We typically send a replacement the same day and provide a prepaid return label.

What materials are used?

Is it waterproof?
Yes—IPX7 rated means fully waterproof up to 1 meter for 30 minutes. Enjoy it in the shower, bath, or outdoors with complete confidence.
How quiet is it?
33–48 dB depending on intensity—softer than a whisper. Our motors have been lab-tested for sound output.

How long does the battery last?
Up to 120 minutes on a full charge, varying by intensity level. The included magnetic USB-C charger tops it up in 90 minutes.
How do I clean it?
